Mentus says, “Kettlebell Swings are great to work the entire body, particularly the core, and get the heart rate up fast.”
Swing the kettlebell between your legs and then explode your hips forward. For five minutes, perform this exercise for 30 seconds followed by 30 second of rest.
Squat Jumps are an intense exercise that targets your lower body while getting your heart rate up. These exercises are great for increasing leg strength and burning calories.
Mentus instructs, “Lower yourself into a squat while keeping your chest and back straight.” Once you reach the full squat, jump as high in the air as you can. After landing, lower yourself back into a full squat and continue to the next jump.
